Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, and availability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Product Use and Care
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following the care instructions provided by the manufacturer of their footwear.
Not all footwear is suitable for machine washing.
MILD CONTROL™ shoe washing products are designed to provide added separation and protection during washing, but they cannot guarantee against damage, colour transfer, deformation, material deterioration, adhesive failure, or other changes that may result from machine washing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MILD CONTROL™ is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product, failure to follow footwear manufacturer care instructions, or washing footwear that is not suitable for machine washing.
Shipping
Shipping availability, delivery estimates, tracking, international charges, and related conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.
International customers may be responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees not collected at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
