Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your MILD CONTROL™ purchase. If you need to request a return, please contact info@cedarwood.company before sending any item back.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

All return requests must be approved before an item is sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@cedarwood.company promptly with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Approved returns will receive instructions on where and how to send the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, worn, washed, altered, or customer-damaged items are not eligible for return. Custom or personalized products, gift cards, and items identified as Final Sale are also non-returnable unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item. Once approved, a replacement item can be ordered separately.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact info@cedarwood.company.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your jurisdiction.
